An OBM stands for online business manager. An OBM supports business owners to be successful and drive business growth by managing their business including managing teams, projects, operations and processes.

A certified OBM has been through a vigorous and intensive training program to learn everything that is required to successfully manage a business. Certified OBMs have to undergo the completion of numerous projects over a 7 month period finishing with a week long certification where projects are assessed against a strict set of criteria in order to pass and receive certified OBM status.

Not every business is ready for a full time OBM to be in their business. A business needs to have a minimum revenue of £200k a year, a predictable offer that you know sells, your ready to scale your business and can't manage the day to day tasks anymore as they are stopping you from growing the business further.
